…I have read of your praiseworthy efforts in the area of water conservation and my fellow-Rotarians have been impressed by the simplicity of your solutions.
Every year, RCB presents an award to a person who has contributed towards the conservation and preservation of our environment and i would be delighted if you could kindly accept this award this year.
RCB meets every Tuesday at the Taj Mahal Hotel. The meeting commences with fellowship and lunch and it is called to order around 1:40 pm and ends at 2:30 pm.
It is my pleasure to request you to accept this award and to address our members and i request you to let me know if Tuesday, 9th April or Tuesday, 16th April would suit your for this. (or even any Tuesday in May, other than 7th May)
