BBC WORLD SERVICE RADIO — REQUEST
Munazza Khan
26/06/13
Dear Mr Surti
I’ve just read about the Drop Dead Foundation and I’m writing to request a radio
interview with you. I produce a programme called ‘Outlook’, one of the
longest-running programmes on the BBC World Service. We specialise in life-story
interviews — the personal and emotional — so I am proposing we talk to you about
your childhood, the reverence you have for saving water and your activities as a
part-time plumber! And I am sure we will ask you about your amazing artistic life too.
I would like to suggest a pre-recorded interview next week perhaps on Monday or
Tuesday afternoon. I have tried calling you on this number 98201 84964 but it isn’t
connecting.
Please let me know when I can call you to discuss and which number I should try.
I hope all is well with you.
All best wishes
Munazza
